Quick fixes

App won't open or crashes

  1. Fully close the app and reopen it.
  2. Restart the device.
  3. Make sure you're on the latest version from the store.
  4. Reinstall the app — your purchases can be restored afterward.

No sound

  1. Check the device isn't on silent/mute.
  2. Turn the volume up while the app is open.
  3. Confirm sound is enabled in Popkins Settings (behind the parental gate).

Purchase didn't unlock

  1. Pass the parental gate and tap Settings → Restore Purchases.
  2. Ensure you're signed in with the original store account.
  3. Wait a moment and reopen the app.
  4. Still stuck? Email support@popkins.app with your receipt.
Restore purchases

Restore in three steps

  1. Open Popkins and pass the parental gate.
  2. Go to Settings → Restore Purchases.
  3. Sign in with your original Apple ID or Google account.
