Quick fixes
App won't open or crashes
- Fully close the app and reopen it.
- Restart the device.
- Make sure you're on the latest version from the store.
- Reinstall the app — your purchases can be restored afterward.
No sound
- Check the device isn't on silent/mute.
- Turn the volume up while the app is open.
- Confirm sound is enabled in Popkins Settings (behind the parental gate).
Purchase didn't unlock
- Pass the parental gate and tap Settings → Restore Purchases.
- Ensure you're signed in with the original store account.
- Wait a moment and reopen the app.
- Still stuck? Email support@popkins.app with your receipt.
Restore purchases
Restore in three steps
- Open Popkins and pass the parental gate.
- Go to Settings → Restore Purchases.
- Sign in with your original Apple ID or Google account.
