Child safety comes first
Popkins is built from the ground up to be a safe, private place for young children to learn.
Six promises we keep, always
No ads to kids
We never show behavioral or third-party ads to children.
No data sale
We never sell or share children's data — there's nothing to sell.
No profiling
We don't build profiles or track behavior across apps or sites.
No chat
There are no messaging or social features of any kind.
No user content
Kids can't post, upload, or share anything publicly.
No open links
Every external link is gated behind an adult challenge.
Built to recognized standards
Popkins is designed to meet the requirements of the major children's frameworks. We treat the highest standard of protection as the default for every child who uses the app.
Apple Kids Category
No third-party analytics or ads except as permitted; parental gate for purchases and external links; no behavioral advertising.
Google Designed for Families
No PII collected from children, age-appropriate content, and a clear 'no ads to children' position (no advertising SDKs).
UK Age Appropriate Design Code
Privacy by default, data minimisation, and the best interests of the child at the heart of the design.

7 × 8 = ?
Kids can't pass this without an adult — it guards settings, purchases & links.
How we gate purchases & links
In-app purchases
Any purchase (such as unlocking the ad-free option) requires passing an adult-only math challenge first, then confirming through Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing. Children cannot buy anything on their own.
External links
Popkins contains no open links for children. Any link that would leave the app — including this website, the App Store, or support — only opens after the parental gate is solved by an adult.
